Thame Cycling Club Rides

The club organises club rides on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday each week led by a nominated leader. Extra rides can be organised on Bank Holidays and other times, depending on Ride Leader availability.

The club uses an App called the ‘TeamApp’ to publicise planned rides. All members are asked to download, sign up to and join the Thame CC members group inside this app.

On Saturdays and Sundays we generally meet in good time to leave Thame at around 09.00
Wednesday rides leave at 9.30

The C/D Rides  are about 40-50 miles with a cafe stop and usually back in Thame by 12:30
The A/B Rides are about 50-70 miles and are usually back in Thame by 14:00

The length and speed of a ride can change due to weather conditions, time of year and who turns up.... 

Group A: 28 kph+ (17.4 mph+)
Group B: 26-28 kph (16-17.4 mph)
Group C: 24-26 kph (14.9-16 mph)
Group D: 21-24 kph (13-14.9 mph)
