Easter trip to Girona

 

March
A two-day Welsh tour.
Day one 09:00 18th March 2025
An Anti-clockwise tour of Anglesey, taking in Meni Bridge (courtesy of Thomas Telford), Beaumaris, Red Wharf Bay, Cemaes Bay, Valley, Rhosneigr and niwbwrch (Newborough) plenty of seascape, landscape, flora, and fauna to take in and we even have a disused Nuclear Power station.
Plenty of opportunities to stop along the way I have picked two cafes but if anybody wants additional stops that’s no problem, this is a nice steady pace.

Day Two 19th March 2025
A short loop taking in some beautiful Welsh rugged countryside with a long decent back into Bethesda. If you like Chapels, Pubs and Slate this one is for you.

May trip to Tours

We are travelling in our own cars with bikes via the Tunnel and are planning to start the cycling in Tours, then moving onto Blois and subsequently Chartres. The cost in single hotel rooms in reasonable hotels (8days/7 nights) and including petrol, tolls and ferries is about £750pp. The plan would be to spend a couple of nights in each place then move on. The cycling will be relaxed and touring rather than speeding. Other riders are welcome to join the group. Morocco 11/01/2026
After the success of our Morocco trip in 2025 and the interest shown in a 2026 edition, we have decided to post another trip on the Team App.
We are looking at leaving from London Luton 07:00 on 11/01/2026 returning 12:00 on 16/01/2026
4 rides to be 40-50 miles per day.
A couple of options for accomodation etc are being discussed...more details will appear on the app.
