Andy Hawes will be speaking to the club on the 21st November at Racquets Fitness Centre, Thame. Andy is hugely experienced in the cycling world and is worth a google. Briefly he has run the Tour of Britain, the Women’s Tour and 2023 Cycling World Championships routes. He seems to know everyone in the professional cycling world and is very open, humorous and connected. If you’ve heard of someone in that world he will know a story about them. To generate interest we will probably open this to all residents of Thame and local cycling clubs – who we are likely to charge a nominal amount to cover costs. Members can bring friends, acquaintances, family and pets but they will have to pay!
